Brief introduction to the bee
A bee or a bee is a type of bee that makes honey. Bee does this by collecting nectar of flowers in the hive. In Persian, the bee Meng, the Magnet and the fly are also called Engin. The bees in each hive are one of three types of queen bees, male bees and worker bees.
The queen bee is the most important species in the hive and is somehow the hive leader. If the bee is not queen, the working bee will stop collecting nectar and producing honey. If there is a day’s egg inside the hive, the bees begin to produce the pupae of the queen to produce the new queen; otherwise the whole hive will be destroyed.
The working bees are female, and as the name implies, the group collects and produces honey.
The male bee is only for fertilizing the queen and does nothing else.

Large bee (Apis dorsata)
Little Bee (Apis Florea)
Common or European bees are the most important species of honeybee identified, which is the main focus of honeybee related issues.
The method of bee reproduction in Iran
Honey production per capita in our country is 978 grams and honey consumption per capita is 961 grams.
Beekeeping has a long history in Iran. In the Achaemenid period bee keeping was common in Iran and honey was used as a sweet food and medicinal material, 800 BC as long as the Iranians were familiar with this insect. With the advent of bee-keeping in Europe and the United States and the introduction of modern bees and hybrid queens into the country (from 1335 onwards), interest in the honey-producing areas of the country has led to the creation of large industrial bee-keeping units. Bee keeping has been and is abundant in most temperate and susceptible areas of the country. In some areas, native bee keeping is common, but recent statistics show that native bee has shrunk and replaced the modern bee. At present, beekeeping has spread to all parts of Iran except the desert regions of the country.
What steps do I need to take to get started with beekeeping?
Start your first year as a trainee, and test yourself for the ability to work by reading books and beekeeping sites and consulting and training those with a long history of this job.
Start the beekeeping process with a minimum of 2 hives and a maximum of 6 hives.
Never start a bee hive with a hive because if you need help, you are not done with anything and the queen is likely to be destroyed and discourages the beekeeper from the beekeeping. Then the following year you can continue your work by buying 20 to 30 hives as a second job.
Spring is the best time to start beekeeping.
In the late winter and early spring when the weather gradually warms up, the bees begin their activity and go out of their hives in search of nectar, especially pollen. On the other hand, spring is the hive season.
What Areas to Choose for Beekeeping
The location you choose must meet the following requirements:
Be at least 4 kilometers away from other beekeepers. The fewer bees in the area, the more nectar the bees receive. The bees also travel up to 12 km away from the hive.
The area concerned must have sufficient quantity and variety of nectar flowers and plants.
Some of the bee’s favorite flowers and plants: Sage, Faselia tensiae, Orange blossoms, Rabbit, Thistle, Castor, Sunflower, Mango blossoms
In general, plants such as tobacco, cotton, alfalfa, clover, sage, herb, thyme, mustard, saffron, pea, bean, mint, apple blossom, pear and citrus, acacia, pine, ornamental plants and a wide range of other plants. Horticulture, forestry and pasture are the sources of nectar for bees.
Weather conditions are suitable for bees; the weather is too hot or cold, too much rainfall, high winds, etc. Not suitable for bees. Bees are most active at temperatures of 16 to 32 ° C and gradually decrease in activity at 34 to 39 ° C and 16 to 8 ° C, respectively, at temperatures below 8 ° C and more than 39 ° C. They don’t go out of the hive.
Sufficient drinking water in the area
Lack of animals such as bears and bee birds in the area
There is a way of communication for transportation to the place and easy access to the market
It is necessary to observe a distance of 2.5 meters between the two hives.
The best location for bees is in a large garden or farm whose crop should be pollinated by bees.
These dresses are usually full or double-sided and cover the entire human body, which should be worn by wearing boots and wearing a bee hat. Wearing leather or plastic gloves will help with your work until the body is immune to the bite, but it is best not to wear gloves later than necessary. You can easily do beekeeping without gloves.
Smoke should be used when opening the hive door. Smoke usually works with the bark and leaves of trees, starches, etc. Before the visit, be sure to give the hive a little smoke, because with
